Our commitment to public safety employees and their families contributed to the establishment of a free referral service in 1996. Our goal is simple! We recognize that police, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers and their families need to be linked to licensed mental health professionals during times when the individual and his or her family is overly stressed. We strive to maintain a list of not just any mental health provider but those having demonstrated a commitment to excellence in professional organizations related to emergency services.

The services are free - call 1-888-FirePolice and we will do our best to identify a licensed mental health professional - usually a police psychologist in your community.
